1. Overview
At VOUX, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Each product is carefully checked before shipping, and we ensure the best possible quality standards.
However, since many of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, our return and refund process is limited to certain conditions mentioned below.
2. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- You receive a wrong product, defective item, or damaged parcel, and
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a clear unboxing video (from package opening to product reveal) as proof.
- The video and photos must show the shipping label, product defect, and condition clearly.
If these proofs are not provided, we reserve the right to reject the return or refund request.
3. Products NOT Eligible for Return/Refund
To protect our business and prevent misuse, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-printed or personalized T-shirts (user-uploaded designs).
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration by the customer.
- Size issues — please refer to the size chart before purchase.
- Minor color variation (due to different screen resolutions).
- Orders delayed by courier companies or force majeure events (floods, lockdowns, etc.).
- Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier tracking system but claimed as undelivered.
4. Refund Conditions
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- If the product is used or returned without packaging, only partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted.
If your order was made using a discount coupon or promotional offer, the eligible refund amount will exclude such discounts.
5. Replacement Policy
If you request a replacement for a defective or wrong item:
- A new product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- In case the requested design or size is unavailable, a credit voucher or refund will be issued.
We do not offer replacements for:
- Custom-print orders,
- Size-related issues, or
- Orders older than 48 hours from delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, if they haven’t been processed or printed yet.
- Once the printing or dispatch process has started, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
In case of accidental double payment or technical glitch, please contact us immediately at support@voux.in with proof, and we’ll resolve it within 3–5 working days.
7. Shipping-Related Issues
- If the courier marks the order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please report it within 24 hours of the delivery update.
- Our support team will raise a claim with the logistics partner.
- Final decision will be based on official courier investigation reports.
VOUX will not be held responsible for false claims or untraceable addresses provided by customers.

9. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallet (if applicable)
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after you share valid account details.
10. Dispute Resolution
All decisions regarding refunds and returns shall be made solely at the discretion of VOUX after internal verification.
The company reserves the right to reject fraudulent, incomplete, or manipulated claims.
In case of dispute, jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Kuchaman City, Rajasthan, India only.
