1. Overview
At VOUX, we aim to deliver your orders safely, promptly and with complete transparency.
We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies across India to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we ship your orders, along with your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
2. Serviceable Areas
- We currently deliver across India to all major cities and postal codes covered by our logistics partners.
- In case your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order with a full refund.
3. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Custom or print-on-demand products may take an additional 1–3 days depending on design complexity.
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, festivals, natural calamities or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered for limited-time promotions or above certain order values.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply for small orders or special packaging.
- The exact charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, your tracking details will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking ID or link.
- In rare cases where tracking is delayed, please wait 24–48 hours for courier systems to update.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Couriers generally make up to 2 delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable or provide an incorrect address/number, the shipment will be returned to us.
- In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
- Orders marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO) due to customer unavailability or wrong address will not be eligible for refund unless agreed upon.
8. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions, strikes or natural calamities
- Festive season congestion or courier backlogs
- Remote location or pin code restrictions
VOUX shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or situations beyond our control.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a tampered, damaged, or opened package:
- Do not accept the parcel from the courier.
- Immediately inform us at support@voux.in within 24 hours.
- Share photos and videos of the parcel condition and shipping label.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
10. Lost or Undelivered Packages
- If the courier tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
- We will initiate an official investigation with the courier company.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed after written confirmation from the courier partner.
- VOUX shall not be responsible for lost packages once marked as Delivered by the courier, unless proven otherwise.
11. International Shipping
Currently, VOUX ships only within India.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
12. Address Modification
- You can modify your shipping address within 6 hours of placing the order, by contacting support@voux.in .
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, address changes will not be possible.
13. Return Shipping
- If your order qualifies for return or replacement, our support team will coordinate the reverse pickup.
- In case reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our address.
- Shipping costs for return will be borne by the customer, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
