4. Custom Orders / Print-On-Demand

  • For personalized or custom-printed products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of uploaded artwork, text, or design content.
  • VOUX is not liable for printing errors resulting from user-provided files or inaccurate specifications.
  • Any content uploaded by customers must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payments are accepted through secure and verified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment gateway to charge your chosen payment method.
  • VOUX does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking information.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
    • Suspicious transactions
    • Errors in product description or pricing
    • Non-serviceable delivery locations
  • If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 10–12 working days depending on location.
  • We use reputed courier partners for nationwide delivery.
  • VOUX is not liable for delays due to courier issues, incorrect addresses, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/Whatsapp.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Return or refund is applicable only for defective or incorrect products received.
  • Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and images as proof.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • No returns or refunds for size issues or color differences due to screen variations.
  • Decision of VOUX regarding refunds or replacements shall be final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All logos, product designs, images, and website content are owned or licensed by VOUX.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will invite legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • VOUX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the total order amount paid by the customer.
